Judson Bemis, Jr.- Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bemis is the strategic inspiration for Outsell. In 1992 Outsell was purchased by Judson Bemis, Jr. and began to focus specifically on Prospect Management. The company developed a history of working with large companies such as Honeywell, Tandem, NCS, Tricord Systems, Hitachi, Cray Research, Computer Science Corporation (CSC) and others.
Prior to 1992 Mr. Bemis was a Marketing and Sales Manager for several Divisions of the Bemis Company Inc. At Bemis he launched new products as well as over saw the increase in sales and profits of several existing product lines.Mr. Bemis has guided the development of Digital Dialogue and the initial market testing of the product. His responsibilities include, outsource coordination, market planning, systems development and management, and sales support.

Stephen C. Duncan -Chief Operations Officer
For the last 25 years, Mr. Duncan has proven himself as a professional management executive working in many business settings. His management acumen has been developed at all levels of a company’s business. Mr. Duncan particular expertise is in the areas of financial management and banking, strategic planning, marketing and sales management, product development and human resources. He has served on a number of boards of directors for the last decade where he has had the responsibility for compensation, finance and operations.

Ron Stueve -Chief Financial Officer
For the last 20 years, Mr. Stueve has owned and operated his own financial consulting service. During that time, he has served on a number of boards of directors, assisted a number of management teams in securing proper institutional and investor financing and developed and managed the administrative systems for these companies.

Ann Papenfuss - Director of Sales
Ms. Papenfuss has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. Her career over the past eleven years has incorporated both manufacturing and sales/marketing disciplines. Ms. Papenfuss’ software experience has spanned a variety of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical devices, chemicals, packaging and food and beverage.
